With English version

How are you? Unfortunately, I canceled this month's walking, but at the beginning of April, I was invited by good weather to go on a trip around the Tango Peninsula. I suddenly thought of Tango, and I didn't know that it was an important area in ancient history. It's relatively close here, so I'd like to find an opportunity and revisit it someday.

Near Tango Town Taiza

Near Takeno, Tango-cho, Kyotango-shi: People began to live 36000 years ago and prospered as an iron producer during the Yayoi period. It is said that there are 6000 burial mounds in the area, including the largest burial mounds on the Sea of Japan side, because the Kingdom of Tango has built a close relationship with the Yamato administration in the Kansai region. It is true that there was a great kingdom. I didn't know about Tango Peninsula, which was colored by various legends, until I went to see it.

Tateiwa: Although it is a small island with a circumference of about 1 km, it is a symbol of Tango Peninsula. There are many basalt (a type of volcanic rock) cliffs on the coast around here, and there are many mountains like hills, and various legends. Is the area where is left. (Unfortunately there is no photo of Tateiwa)

Who said this is just a saying, "There is only the sky and the sea."

I passed the tip "Kyougamisaki" before I knew it because I was ran fast on a road that rarely fits my car.
